We work in partnership with government agencies, voluntary groups, churches and individuals to meet the needs of street children, and also to support their families and communities.
Global Strategy group
'180 degrees - United Global Action with Street Children', is a coalition of 40 people representing 24 Christian faith-based organisations that are directly or indirectly working with street children. The aim of 180 degrees is to improve the quality of work with street children and multiply the impact of work globally.

Municipal Council For The Rights Of Children And Young People - CMDC
Happ Child supports this organisation which is developing policies focused on children and young people in the Belo Horizonte municipality. It helps to detemrine priorities for work with young people.
Giving Hands Magazine
Happy Child partners and participates in the Editorial Council of this publication which has a circulation of 35.000 copies. It is designed to instruct and equip people involved in Christian work with children and young people at risk, and to wake up the churches and Christian communities for this work. Editor Ultimato, Viva Network, Tearfund, World Vision, Equip, Inc., Chance International, are also part of this team.
GIRARUA
Happy Child is also part of the GIRARUA Collegiate (Inter-institution Support Group which works with Girls and Boys who live on the streets). It is an NGO which brings together "Service Lender" organisations with a common public goal. The organisations act like a "Social Movement" which seeks to stimulate society into offering opportunties and actions which combat the social exclusion of these children and young people. It seeks also to strengthen the work in the organisations involved, through the sharing of experiences, learning and knowledge to improve service quality.
