On Saturday the 19th July a faithful group of Happy Child Supporters completed an 11 ½ mile walk to raise funds for one of our partner projects in Recife serving vulnerable children in low income community Joanna Bezerra. We want to thank all those who took part on the day. Despite the challenging weather 15 supporters turned out to walk in beautiful Kent Countryside. Although it rained on and off all morning, thankfully by afternoon it brightened up and everyone enjoyed the walk.
The initiative was organised by our Chair of the Board John Doddrell and experienced walking guide Trevor Spike. The route started at the beautiful National Trust Property Ightham Mote passing through undulating paths and woodlands. The first half included the Fairlawne Estate and Shipbourne Common. The second part of the walk included beautiful views of Underriver and the Knole Park Estate.
Once again thank you to everyone who has contributed and we will let you know in due course what we raised.

This blog shows how people can come together for a good cause. Just like MBA essay writers work hard to help students succeed, the Happy Child Supporters put in effort to support vulnerable children. It is inspiring to see everyone walking together for such an important reason even when the weather wasn’t perfect.
