We, at Happy Child International, are committed to promoting the security and well being of our volunteers, staff, partner organisations, project participants and beyond. Part of this commitment is to ensure that children and vulnerable adults are protected from harm and abuse and are able to live with dignity, respect and security.

Safeguarding Incident Reporting Form

To be completed by anyone who wishes to report a Safeguarding incident or concern to HCI in connection with one of its staff members, representatives, contractors, service providers or partner organisations. The report will be reviewed by HCI'sSafeguarding Officer who will determine the appropriate action to be taken to protect those involved and keep them safe from harm.

 To be completed by all HCI staff, representatives and consultants who have (or will have) access to children and vulnerable adults in the course of their work for HCI.

These forms should be completed and sent to HCI's Safeguarding Officer without
delay: safeguarding@happychild.org
