For us at Happy Child International it's always very exciting to visit the projects in Brazil that we are supporting. John Doddrell (Chairman of the Board) recently visited the fragile community of Sapo Nu which has 6000 residents from low income backgrounds and rests on the bank of an often flooding river. Life is not easy in this community. It was a great opportunity for John to see and get to know those who have really benefitted from Happy Child International’s help and support over this last year. John will tell you a bit more about Sapo Nu and you can hear directly from those who live there. We hope you are encouraged and inspired by what you hear.
